YOUR CAP ISN'T THE PROBLEM. BEING STUCK WITH IT IS.

A cap transforms an open pickup bed into protected, weather-resistant, lockable cargo space. But when you need to haul something tall, oversized, or simply different, the full bed needs to come back.

The frustrating part is changing between those two configurations. A hard cap can be large, heavy and awkward enough that owners simply leave it installed.

TRUCK CAP

GREAT WHEN YOU NEED IT.

01

Find another person — or several people — to help.

02

Manually lift an awkward cap without damaging it or the truck.

03

Build a homemade lifting system or permanent ceiling setup.

04

Or simply decide the cap isn’t worth removing.

DESIGNED FOR REAL LIFE

YOUR SPACE SHOULDN'T DICTATE YOUR TRUCK.

NOT EVERY TRUCK OWNER HAS A GARAGE. OR WANTS ONE.

Traditional lifting solutions can depend on a garage ceiling, sufficient height, structural support and a permanent place to leave equipment.

Hoist My Top is an alternative for the truck owner who wants more flexibility without making the garage the center of the solution.

01

No permanent ceiling hoist required.

02

Portable setup for greater flexibility.

03

Designed around the truck owner’s schedule.

THE CUSTOMER MAY NOT BE SEARCHING FOR A HOIST.

Some of the strongest prospects are truck owners who already feel the problem — even if they don’t know a product like this exists.

01

“I'd take it off more often.”

The owner avoids the hassle even on days when the open bed would be useful.

02

“It won't fit under my topper.”

The truck is ready, but the cap limits the height and shape of the load.

03

“I need someone to help me.”

A large, awkward cap turns a simple change into a two-person job.

04

“I want a cap — but not permanently.”

A potential cap buyer hesitates because they don’t want to lose open-bed capability.

DON'T ONLY SELL TO CAP OWNERS.

There may be a valuable audience of truck owners who want a cap but hesitate because they don’t want to sacrifice their open bed.

Hoist My Top can help remove that objection: use the cap when you want protected cargo space, then remove it when you need the full capability of your pickup.

Why Own a Pickup If You Can't Use the Whole Bed?

Start with a beautiful pickup, then reveal the limitation — and remove it.

IT'S WHAT YOU GET BACK.

More bed. More flexibility. More control over how you use the truck you already own.

LET'S MAKE THE DECISION SIMPLE.

Do I need a garage?
NO! The purpose of the hoist is to remove the need for a garage. Take your cap off in your driveway, the side of your house, on the street in front of your house, at your son or daughters house or where ever you want to remove your cap.
YES! The idea for the hoist is to allow one person to remove their truck cap whenever they want without the need for additional help.
The hoist works with any camper shell, topper and truck cap that is less than 250 lbs which is most truck caps. Leer, A.R.E., SnugTop, etc…
You need 3-5 ft on each side of your truck and at least 9ft clearance. Storage is a little larger than a golf bag when it is fully folded.

REMOVE THE CAP. USE YOUR VEHICLE YOUR WAY.

Cap on when you want it. Cap off when you need it.
